If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund.

To request a refund, email support@variateq.ai with "Refund Request" in the subject line and include your account email address.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your subscription cancels immediately (not at period end)
• You keep access for the month you already paid for
• You can subscribe to a different plan right away
• No refunds are provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle after the 14-day refund window

Plan Changes: To upgrade or downgrade, simply cancel your current plan and subscribe to a new one. This happens instantly, and you'll keep your current plan's quota until the end of the paid period.
